How to cook soya mince: 1. Preheat the oven to 200C.

1. Place the soya mince in a pot, fill the pot with water. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Drain the water and squeeze out all the water.
2. Place the garlic, onion, coriander leaves, tomatoes and carrots in a food processor and blend until the mixture is smooth. Add the mince and blend again until smooth. Stir the dry oregano, cinnamon, turmeric, flaxseed water, salt and pepper.
3. Form the mixture into patties. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 20-30 minutes.

Hello, thank you for your recipe. In the instructions, you say to add the flaxseed water but I am not sure if you need to add also the 750 ml of water or is the 750 minutes of water to boil the soya mince?

The 750 ml of water to boil the soya mince and for the flaxseed, you will need only 3 tsp water.
