Ingredients

  • 500g green chickpeas (frozen)
  • 2 1/2 cup red lentils cooked
  • 2 cups broccoli (florets)
  • 2 cups chopped mushrooms
  • 2 onions diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200*C
  2. In a pot add the frozen chickpeas and bring to a boil about 5-10 minutes
  3. In a saucepan heat one tbsp of coconut oil and add the chopped onions, mushroom and garlic until golden. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper
  4. In a food processor add the chickpeas, lentils, nutritional yeast and broccoli mixture process until companied. Add salt and black pepper
  5. Remove chickpea mixture from the food processor into a mixing bowl
  6. Form mixture into patties
  7. Bake them at 180*C for about 20-30 minutes
