Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa uncooked
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cup roasted beetroot
  • 2 big florets cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup oats (preferably)
  • 1 tbs sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbs tahini

Instructions

  1. Place one cup quinoa in a strainer and rinse it under cool water. Transfer quinoa to a pot and add 2 cups of water, 1 tsp lemon juice and cook until tender. Do not over - boiled
  2. Preheat the oven to 200 Add all the ingredients to the food processor and mix until combined
  3. Form the mixture into patties, place on a baking sheet and bake them at 180*C for about 20-30 minutes!
