Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1cup almonds
  • 1cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 tbsp cocao nips
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1 cup sesame seeds toasted

Instructions

  1. Process the nuts and seeds in a food processor. Do not over blend. Transfer to a bowl
  2. Stir in the raisins, cocoa nips, honey and tahini until well combined
  3. Transfer the mixture into the fridge for about 30 minutes
  4. Toast sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  5. Transfer the sesame seeds in a small bowl, allow to cool
  6. Shape the mixture into balls and roll in the sesame seeds
  7. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container
