Avocado Banana Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Mable syrup
  • 1tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Sea salt
  • Grated Rose Pepper & Coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add coconut milk, maple syrup and chia seeds
  2. Stir well with a spoon, let sit for 3 minutes and stir again. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight
  3. Right before serving, place banana, avocado, Cocoa powder, sea salt, maple syrup, agave and date syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth
  4. When ready to eat top your chia pudding with avocado mousse, garnish with Rose pepper and coconut!
