Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats, quick cooking
  • 250 ml peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • Water if needed
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (100% cacoa) to cover the balls

Instructions

  1. Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and gently stir. Add in the bowl your wet ingredients one by one and stir until well combined. Try to form a ball in your hands and if you think it’s too dry add more water. Repeat until you like the consistency.
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
  3. In a small bowl add Cocoa powder
  4. Shape the mixture into balls
  5. Roll the balls into cocoa powder
  6. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container
