Hazelnut Protein Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 30 medjool dates (pits removed)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened dark Cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp cookie vanilla protein powder (of choice)
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 cups hazelnuts
  • 1cup ground coconut

Instructions

  1. In a food processor add hazelnuts blend and set aside ( Do not over blend)
  2. Place the medjool dates and water in the processor and blend until smooth, then add cocoa and protein powder
  3. Blend until smooth (add more water if needed)
  4. Put the mixture in a refrigerator for about 15 minutes
  5. Roll into small balls and then coat in some ground coconut, place on a baking sheet and refrigerate.

Note: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
