Ingredients

  • 2 cups oat flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder chocolate
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut butter melted
  • 2 bananas (ripe,mashed)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl
  2. In a separate bowl combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla and mashed banana. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined( do not over mix). Batter will be thick
  3. Heat a non stick pan over medium-low heat
  4. For each pancake, pour 2-3 tablespoons of batter onto pan.
  5. Cook pancakes 1 to 2 minutes per side. Flip only once with a thin spatula, and cook until brown on the underside
  6. Serve warm, with desired topping such as maple syrup, walnuts, banana slices
