Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken breast
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cub fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbs sea salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tbsp dry mint

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200*C
  2. In a food processor add the zucchini, carrot, onion, garlic, fresh coriander and blend until smooth
  3. Remove the dough from the food processor add in, egg and spices and stir well
  4. Form the mixture into patties. Place in a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes
