Chia Pudding with Mixed Berries Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp mixed berries frozen
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp acai berry powder
  • Some hemp seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Stir well with a spoon, let sit for 1 minute and stir again. Cover the bowl or jar and place in the refrigerator for at least one hour or refrigerate overnight
  2. In a blender, add your banana, mixed berries, acai berry powder and pulse until smooth
  3. When ready to eat top your chia pudding with berry smoothie, garnish with hemp seeds and enjoy!
