Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut chips
  • 140g raw cashew nuts
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • Water if needed

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor, blend until well combined, if you think it’s too dry add water
  2. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
  3. In a small bowl add coconut flakes
  4. Shape the mixture into balls
  5. Roll the balls into coconut flakes
  6. Store in the refrigerator in a covered container.
