Ingredients

  • 8 Ripe Persimmons
  • 250 gr Dried White Mulberries
  • 5 Overripe Bananas, Sliced or Mashed
  • Cinnamon, ground

Instructions

* Grind the dried mulberries in a food processor
* Blend your persimmons to a food processor add the cinnamon
* Use a fork to mash bananas
* In a glass pot create layers of mulberries, persimmons and mashed bananas
* I did one layer of each
* Refrigerate and enjoy!
