Ingredients

  • 175g tempeh
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 4-5 mushrooms
  • 3 spring onions
  • freshly ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 garlic powder

Instructions

Cut tempeh into cubes. Boil tempeh for 10 minutes. Chop the onions, mushrooms and cauliflower, add the chopped vegetables, coconut milk, freshly ground ginger, turmeric, curry, garlic, to the tempeh. Season with salt & pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
