* Place a pot over high heat. Follow the same process until all phyllo sheets and the filling are done. Cooking Method 1: Fry samosas: Heat oil in frying pan or saucepan so that is covers the bottom of the samosas. Cook the samosas in batches until golden on both sides. Transfer immediately to a paper-towel and pat dry. Best served immediately but also good warmed up later! Serve with lemon juice and slices. Cooking Method 2: Bake the samosas: Bake at 180, for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

* Add the ground pork and water stirring frequently.
* Chop the onion and stir well to combine well and let it simmer until it’s cooked.
* Meanwhile wash the spinach and bring to the boil for approximately 10 minutes
* Remove the ground pork from heat add the boiled spinach
* Add the curry powder, salt and pepper of your desire.
* Set it aside for 30 minutes so it can cool.
* In your working surface place the phyllo dough sheets and cut into stripes.
* Place 2 strips, one over the other.
* Add 1 tsp of the filling on the edge and fold diagonally so that you creat a triangular shape. Brush the edge with corn flour paste so that it can stick together.
